Dachang is not just a manufacturer of wet wipes machinery, we are a provider of diverse wet wipe solutions tailored to our customers' needs. We provide flat-pack wet wipe production lines, canister wet wipe production lines, and more, while ensuring that every solution is customized based on specific requirements, such as folding styles, nonwoven fabric types, and the intended application of the wet wipes.

Our manufacturing facility spans over 6,000 square meters, featuring a clean and organized workshop equipped with fully automated processing centers and dozens of precision machinery. This includes CNC machines, gantry milling machines, grinding machines, and wire-cutting EDM machines, alongside an array of testing equipment. With this infrastructure, we can simultaneously assemble 9 to 10 wet wipe production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality output to meet customer demands.

Our company currently employs 75 staff members, including 16 technical professionals. Their expertise spans the entire production process, from feasibility discussions and theoretical design to completion, review, and even the processing techniques of individual components, such as workflows and heat treatment procedures. Since 2008, we have obtained over 20 national utility model invention patents, all of which have been fully integrated into various machine models. These advancements significantly enhance the innovation and applicability of our products, providing greater economic value to our clients.

Currently, we produce an average of 170 units of wet wipe machinery annually, encompassing various models. Our patented products, independently developed and manufactured, have been adopted by several leading paper product brands in China, including Hengan, Vinda, ABC, C&S, and Chiaus, establishing long-term partnerships with these renowned companies.

Over the past 25 years, our wet wipe production machines have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions worldwide, earning the trust and recognition of professional users globally.
