Founded in 1998, Dachang is one of the earliest manufacturers of automatic wet wipe machines in China. During that 16 year period, we have made significant progress in the development of wet tissue machines, and have continued to utilize our strong R&D team to better serve customers. Annually, we produce 150 sets of wet wipe machines, and export them to more than 70 countries and regions around the world.

With the help of the R&D engineers, we have more than 10 pieces of towelette equipment and have sold them to companies such as Breeze, Heng’an, ABC, Vinda and Best. In all, over 200 companies around the world are using our products. Our product line includes wet tissue folding machines, wet wipe packaging machines, and lid applicators. We are proud to supply these top notch wet wipe machines to customers both at home and abroad, cementing our reputation as a trustworthy manufacturer of wet wipe machines.

Dachang Paper Machinery Manufacturer Co., Ltd was established, and the first fully automatic wet wipe machine in China was produced.

2005-2008
The scale of our company began to branch out, and our production value and subsequent taxes increased. Each year, we were named as a large taxpayer and a key high-tech enterprise by the Quanzhou government.

To ensure the quality of our wet wipe machines, we maintain that each employee pays special attention to each detail of the tissue machinery parts. We also invest in the acquisition of precision machining equipment, such as large gantry machining centers, CNC workshops, and laser coders. We believe that in addition to skilled workers, sharp tools are necessary for producing the right accessories, which can maximize the machine performance and reduce failure rate.

Testing machine

Dachang focuses on R&D and has invested in the development of new technology, new processes and new products. From 2008 to 2013, we earned more than 10 national utility model patents, and applied them to the production of wet wipe converting machines to maximize the machines production value and bring customers increased economic benefits.

To demonstrate our individuality in the wet tissue industry, we have built a strong-multi-disciplinary R&D team comprised of 18 engineers. From development, production, installation, commissioning, all the way to testing, we employ specialists to carry out strict inspections to ensure the products are of the highest quality. We also carry out systematic management over product development, including project demonstration, design review, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and project evaluation. Each year, we develop new wet wipe equipment that suits the target market. A few examples follow.
