The DCL-20 automatic lid applicator is an upgraded version of the DCL-10. Add it to a KGT-340B automatic packaging machine, a DCW2700 automatic folding machine, and the DCL-20 automatic lid applicator will now form a fully automated wet tissue production line.
Automatic versus Semi-Automatic
The DCL-20 and the semi-automatic DCL-10 both can carry out labeling and gluing automatically. The different lies in the fat that the DCL-20 is capable of automatic positioning, sucking the lid up and attaching it to the package, whereas the semi-automatic machine can’t. Using the semi-automatic machine, operators have to manually place the lids. Using the automatic lid applicator saves manpower (3-4 people) and is more suited for large-scale wet tissue manufacturers. For more information, please browse the related pages.
